Silvia Genz, seit Jahresanfang Kirchenpräsidentin der IECLB (Evangelische Kirche lutherischen Bekenntnisses in Brasilien) freute sich jetzt, Anfang Februar, Sup. Michael Hagen und P. Ele Brusermann in Hannover zu treffen. Sie war vor 30 Jahren Pastorin in Palmitos und hat die ersten Briefe mitgeschrieben, die zur Conviência (Partnerschaft) unseres Kirchenkreises mit der Synode Uruguai führten. Die Reise der ersten Delegation aus unserem Kirchenkreis nach Südbrasilien im Jahr 1990 wird als offizieller Beginn der Partnerschaft gesehen. So haben wir miteinander die Planungen für das Jubiläum begonnen.
