Lachen tut gut. Das merken wir jedes Mal, wenn uns etwas zum Lachen bringt. Manchmal haben wir nicht viel zu lachen, sind schlechter Stimmung oder müssen eine echte Krise bewältigen. Doch gerade dann kann Lachen hilfreich sein. Warum das so ist, erläutert die Ehrenamtliche Heidelore Geitner vom Wunstorfer Lachtelefon im Kirchenmagazin „angedacht!“ auf Meer Radio am Sonntag ab 10 Uhr. Bundesweit können Menschen beim Lachtelefon unter der gleichen Telefonnummer Lachen auftanken.
Außerdem geht es um Lebensmittelschränke und auch Tauschbörsen für frisches Obst und Gemüse oder auch Backwaren in Niedersachsen. Angela Behrens hat sich ein Beispiel dafür in Lüneburg angeschaut. „Foodsharing“ ist der Name für das Teilen von überschüssigen Lebensmitteln.
